Immigration Procedures
When submitting a request for admittance, the application must be accompanied by the documentation stated below. If family members will accompany applicant, the following documents must also be submitted for them. Furthermore, all documentation not in Dutch or English must be translated into either of the aforementioned languages.

Immigrants must complete an application form submitted with the following documents or information:

3 recent passport picture bearing good likeness to the holder thereof
Copy of passport
Birth Certificate
Certificate of good conduct over the last 5 years not older than 2 months
Medical certificate not older than 2 months
Copy of Marriage Certificate / Book, if applicant is married, or if living together a notarized agreement stating particulars of cohabitation
a certificate of divorce and prove of guardianship of the children to be admitted
proof that the applicant has enough means of support
Copies of diplomas and certificates op applicant
A 5 Guilder stamp on the Declaration of Guarantee from the future employer, available at the Federal Receivers Office
Forms must be completely filled out
