Sets out the rules and procedures for how the Island Council (Eilandsraad) of Sint Eustatius conducts its meetings. It covers meeting structure, voting procedures, the role of the chairperson, how members may ask questions, and the public’s right to attend.

Strengthens COVID-19 measures by introducing a curfew from 19:00 to 06:00, banning all gatherings and events (including weddings and government meetings), and requiring face masks and 1.5-metre distancing. Repealed and replaced by AB 2020 no 45.

Reintroduces strict COVID-19 restrictions in response to three new infections on the island: two imported and one of unknown origin. It limits gatherings to fewer than 15 people, closes non-essential businesses (including bars and gyms), and requires social distancing and face masks in public. Schools and childcare services are suspended except for children of essential workers. Entry to the island is prohibited for non-residents, and quarantine rules are enforced. It sets clear guidelines for applying for event permits, categorises events by size, and introduces rules about noise, littering, public health, alcohol sales, security, and sanitation.
