Each type of business entity requires specific documents to complete the business permit application. Below are the requirements by business type.

Sole Proprietorship (SP)

• Financial Plan
• Curriculum Vitae (CV), including diplomas/certificates
• Chamber of Commerce registration excerpt
• Business Plan
• Proof of payment:
  • USD 300.00 (paid at the Census Office)

Public or Private Limited Company (NV/BV)

• Financial Plan

• Curriculum Vitae (CV), including diplomas/certificates

• Chamber of Commerce registration excerpt

• Articles of Incorporation

• Business Plan

• Proof of payment (paid at the Census Office):

  • USD 300.00 for the founder

  • USD 200.00 for one director

  • USD 250.00 for each additional director
