How to Apply

To apply, you can contact the Licences, Supervision & Enforcement Unit, located at:

Appointments can be scheduled Monday to Thursday during the following hours:

Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM

Required Documents

• Extract of basic information from Census Office (if not registered on St Eustatius)
• Copy of Statutes
• Chamber of Commerce registration excerpt
• Certificate of Conduct (police record) for each owner and director
• Floor plan of the business premises

For Associations/Clubs:

• Articles of incorporation
• Association/club rules
• List of members and addresses

Processing Time

The authorisation to grant, refuse, or withdraw a licence lies with the Executive Council. Processing takes up to 45 working days. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
