Market Consultation: Construction of 36 Homes on the Condo Site

The Public Entity of Sint Eustatius (OLE) intends to initiate a tender procedure for the construction of 36 homes on the Condo site in Sint Eustatius. In preparation for this tender, the OLE is organizing a market consultation. This consultation aims to gain insight into the market capacity, technical expertise, financial capacity, and implementation capabilities of potential contractors. With this announcement, OLE invites interested and qualified contractors to express their interest.

Purpose of the market consultation

The market consultation aims to:

• gain insight into the availability of suitable contractors;
• test the feasibility and planning of the project;
• inventory the technical and financial capacity of market parties;
• collect relevant market information for the procurement strategy.

The market consultation does not constitute a tender and no rights can be derived from participation.

Requested information

Interested parties are requested to provide the following information:

1. Chamber of Commerce extract, not older than three (3) months;
2. List of reference projects for the construction of houses/apartments in the Caribbean
3. Company organizational chart ;
4. Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the staff who will be responsible for the planning and quality assurance of this project;
5. Financial annual reports for the past three (3) financial years, signed by a certified accountant;
6. Declaration from the tax authorities showing that the contractor has fulfilled his tax obligations;
7. CV of the intended executor showing that comparable housing construction projects have been successfully completed;
8. List of intended subcontractors, including relevant technical references.

All documents must be submitted in Dutch or English.

Submissions received after this time will not be considered.
