Legal aspects Public Entity of St. Eustatius
The Dutch legislation will gradually come to replace Antillean Law on St. Eustatius.
The law which is applicable on St. Eustatius is the law applicable to the entirety of the BES Islands. These laws are being updated regularly in order to ensure a harmonious transition to the special status these 3 islands have had since January 1st, 2011.
