The Executive Council of the Public Entity St. Eustatius is pleased to announce the commencement of an open call for proposals for a lease or rental contract to establish and operate a commercial enterprise at this iconic location, formally known as D’Junction/Smoke Alley. Companies and social entrepreneurs are invited to submit proposals with their ideas.

  2. Business Bundle - proof of financial standing, timeline, implementation plan, and business licence. See prospectus for more information.
