St. Eustatius has a police force, fire department and ambulance service which uses a central dispatch center. The number to call in case of emergency is 912.
There is a joint Public Prosecution Service and Common Court of Justice for all Dutch Caribbean islands (Aruba, Curacao, St. Maarten, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba).
