Sets the official procurement policy for Sint Eustatius for 2019–2022. It outlines how the government should purchase goods, services, and works in a transparent, fair, and efficient way.
Defines how the island government of Sint Eustatius must manage its finances. It outlines rules for budgeting, accounting, internal control, risk management, and asset registration. It also specifies the responsibilities of the Executive Council and the Island Council in approving budgets, reviewing financial reports, and overseeing subsidies, reserves, and public property.
This ordinance, issued by the Government Commissioner on 18 December 2018, corrects clerical errors in previously published legislation for Sint Eustatius. It includes minor textual adjustments to the Island Secretary's instruction, the waste levy ordinance, and the waste management ordinance.
