Establishes the structure, roles, and meeting procedures of Eilandsraadscommissies (Island Council committees).

Sets out the rules and procedures for how the Island Council (Eilandsraad) of Sint Eustatius conducts its meetings. It covers meeting structure, voting procedures, the role of the chairperson, how members may ask questions, and the public’s right to attend.

Strengthens COVID-19 measures by introducing a curfew from 19:00 to 06:00, banning all gatherings and events (including weddings and government meetings), and requiring face masks and 1.5-metre distancing. Repealed and replaced by AB 2020 no 45.

Reintroduces strict COVID-19 restrictions in response to three new infections on the island: two imported and one of unknown origin. It limits gatherings to fewer than 15 people, closes non-essential businesses (including bars and gyms), and requires social distancing and face masks in public. Schools and childcare services are suspended except for children of essential workers. Entry to the island is prohibited for non-residents, and quarantine rules are enforced. It defines how organisations can apply for financial support, the conditions for approval, and the responsibilities for financial accountability.
