| This executive decision formally establishes the Monumentenraad (Monuments Council) of Sint Eustatius, as required by the Monument Ordinance 2020. It outlines the council’s structure, roles, appointment process, membership terms, advisory duties, and funding. The council is responsible for advising the government on monument designation, preservation, and permit applications. This ordinance replaces the earlier Besluit inrichting en werkwijze Monumentenraad. |
