Sets 2020 port and harbour dues.
This ordinance established the legal framework for childcare services on Sint Eustatius, including requirements for childcare providers, supervision, quality standards, and the operation of childcare facilities on the island. The ordinance ceased to apply on 1 April 2026 following the entry into force of the BES Childcare Act and the associated BES Childcare Decree, which introduced a new statutory framework for childcare in the Caribbean Netherlands.

Establishes the Sociaal Statuut for the public entity of Sint Eustatius. It provides legal protections and structured procedures for government employees during reorganisations.
Lists official locations where marriages can be held.
Updates the maximum allowed retail prices for fuel. Replaced by AB 2019 no 18.
