Integrity Adviser
The Statia Government carries out both municipal and provincial responsibilities as part of the Netherlands, working towards good governance, sustainable development, and a strong community. Working for the Statia Government means contributing to the future of a unique and resilient island.
As an Integrity Adviser, you play a key role in raising awareness and fostering ethical behaviour across the organisation. You will take the initiative in developing and implementing integrity-related policies and processes, aligning them with best practices and local needs. You will coordinate closely with key stakeholders such as the Executive Council, the HR Department, and the Governor’s Cabinet. You are an enthusiastic team player who understands the importance of confidentiality and the careful handling of integrity matters.
This is a relatively new position within the organisation. Together with your fellow Integrity Adviser, you will further develop this important area and report directly to the Governor. With the necessary internal and external support, you will continue to strengthen integrity awareness and build commitment at all levels within the Statia Government.
