Island Commissioners Rechelline Leerdam and Reuben Merkman attended to mark the start of implementation under the new agreements.
Under the agreements, each contractor will be responsible for a specific zone. The zones will rotate between contractors every three months to ensure balanced coverage across the island.
Work performance will be supervised by the Public Works and Services Department, with regular evaluations to support consistent delivery and quality standards.
