Business Permits in Sint Eustatius: Overview and Requirements

A business permit—also called a Business Establishment Licence—is required to start, expand, or make changes to an existing business in Sint Eustatius. This is in accordance with the BES Business Establishment Act.

Who Needs a Business Permit?

Any individual or entity planning to operate a business on the island must apply for a business permit. The only exception is for foundations, which do not require a business permit.

• Public Limited Company (NV)
