Permit Conditions
- Failure to comply with permit conditions may result in event cancellation or shutdown.
- Authorities such as the Police, Fire Department, and Public Health inspectors will conduct checks.
Litter, Public Health & After-Event Clean-Up
- Clean the area within 12 hours after the event.
- Organisers must provide bins and toilets.
- Events are inspected before and after to ensure cleanliness.
Public Safety & Road Closures
- Events affecting traffic or roadways require police approval.
- Authorities (police, fire, health) may impose limits on event size or frequency.
- Alcohol sales, food sales, and venue use may have restrictions.
- Events posing a threat to public order and safety will not be permitted.
- Events disrupting public order may be shut down or denied approval.
Noise & Music
- Music must not disturb residents.
- Organisers must inform nearby residents in advance.
- Loud music must end by 23:30 on weekdays and by 01:45 on weekends.
- The government can limit the number of DJs or bands per event.
Closing Hours
- Sunday – Thursday: Events must end by midnight (24:00), with music and drinks stopping at 23:30.
- Friday – Saturday: Events may continue until 02:00, with music and drinks stopping at 01:45.
