Permit Conditions

  • Failure to comply with permit conditions may result in event cancellation or shutdown.
  • Authorities such as the Police, Fire Department, and Public Health inspectors will conduct checks.

Litter, Public Health & After-Event Clean-Up

  • Clean the area within 12 hours after the event.
  • Organisers must provide bins and toilets.
  • Events are inspected before and after to ensure cleanliness.

Public Safety & Road Closures

  • Events affecting traffic or roadways require police approval.
  • Authorities (police, fire, health) may impose limits on event size or frequency.
  • Alcohol sales, food sales, and venue use may have restrictions.
  • Events posing a threat to public order and safety will not be permitted.
  • Events disrupting public order may be shut down or denied approval.

Noise & Music

  • Music must not disturb residents.
  • Organisers must inform nearby residents in advance.
  • Loud music must end by 23:30 on weekdays and by 01:45 on weekends.
  • The government can limit the number of DJs or bands per event.

Closing Hours

  • Sunday – Thursday: Events must end by midnight (24:00), with music and drinks stopping at 23:30.
  • Friday – Saturday: Events may continue until 02:00, with music and drinks stopping at 01:45.
