Required Documents for a Building Permit Application

Before submitting your building application, please ensure you have the following documents ready. Missing or incomplete documentation may delay the review process.

General Requirements

• Completed Building Application Form

• Copy of Notary Deed

• Copy of Certificate of Admeasurement

Blueprint Drawings

All drawings must be in A3 format, at 1:100 scale, with legend:

• 4 Elevations (Front, Back, Left, and Right) – 2 copies each

• Floor Plans (Ground and First Floor) – 2 copies each

• Roof Plan – 2 copies

• Electrical Plan – 2 copies

• Foundation Plan, including septic tank, and piping – 2 copies

• 2 Cross Sections based on project complexity – 2 copies

• Reinforced Plans with structural details (Foundation, Floor, Columns, Ring Beam, and Roof) – 2 copies

• Layout/Situation Drawing – 2 copies
